Well, if you think you deserve a vacation (and you should!) then come and treat yourself to a brief culinary excursion through the countryside of Rhône (France), and celebrate the French spirit with a three-course dinner and wine pairing (entrée, plat principal et dessert), exclusively curated by classically French-trained Chef Noelle Thomas. 

Guests will enjoy a delectable three-course meal paired with a variety of exquisite French wines, tastefully-curated by the enthusiastic and friendly hosts at “AMUSE! Restaurant & Lounge," the newest member of Atlanta’s fine French culinary tradition. 

With its bohemian-bistro vibe and “Moulin Rouge” feel,  AMUSE! offers a unique food and wine experience suitable for all guests, built around a blossoming wine list and creatively modern but simple interpretations of contemporary French cuisine.

(A three-course meal served from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m.)

La soirée prendra fin aux alentours de 22h30
(Evening ends at 10:30 p.m.)

First: L'entrée (First Course) Savory Selections:

Vichyssoise Aperitif - a creamy, French-style, potato and leek soup with poached shrimp and chives 

Or

Baked Brie - puff pastry wrapped brie with fruit filling served with Salade Maison (House Salad)

Second: Plat Principale (Second Course) Savory Selections:

Steak Frites - Grilled 8 oz Hanger Steak, Salad, Frites & Peppercorn Sauce; course paired with chef's choice of wine

Or

Seafood paella - Delicious mix of yellow rice, calamari, shrimps, mussels, clams and vegetables; course paired with chef's choice of wine

Or

Chef's Choice Vegetarian Entrée (upon request)

Third: Le Dessert (Dessert) Savory Selections:

Crème Brulee with fresh berries - Vanilla custard baked and topped with a caramelized sugar topping

Chocolate Mousse Cake
